We do not offer refunds or returns on orders once they are placed. All sales are final.

Handmade clay items may have slight variations in color, shape, or texture. These natural differences are part of the charm of handmade products and are not considered defects.

✅ Damaged or Incorrect Items

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive:

• A damaged product, or

• An incorrect item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Clear photos of the product

• Your order number

After review, we will offer a replacement or suitable solution. Refunds are only considered in rare cases where a replacement is not possible.
